JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are said to have been caught by police just after the alleged occurrence but according to prosecution case itself, the looted money was not recovered from conscious possession of the petitioners and it is said that one culprit managed to escape with looted money. Petitioners are in jail custody since long without having any criminal antecedent.
Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nawada Town P.S.
