That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction to the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner on any Class III/ Class IV post in Department of Art Culture and Youth Govt of Bihar Patna or in any other govt department as the petitioner has been working on daily wage continuously since 07/12/2000 as Generator Operator in Patna Museum, Patna which is under Department of

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
