1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by an order dated 21.07.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 27345 of 2023. It is further submitted that while describing the petitioner in the anticipatory bail application it was recorded that she is wife of Dukhan Paswan when she is wife of Madam Ram. It is next submitted that the said inadvertence was caused at the end of the office of the learned Advocate.

3. Learned counsel further submits that the present modification application thus has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 21.07.2023 in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20606 of 2024(3) dt.26-04-2024 2/2 27345 of 2023 to the extent that the name of the husband of petitioner (petitioner no. 5 in Cr. Misc. No. 27345 of 2023) be read as 'Madan Ram' instead of 'Dukhan Paswan'.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant do not oppose the modification application.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner Uriya Devi (petitioner no. 5 in Cr. Misc. No. 27345 of 2023) is described as Uriya Devi, wife of Madan Ram, Resident of Village - Chandel Marich Ward No - 7, PO - Balaut PS - Supaul Dist. - Supaul.

6. The order dated 21.07.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 27345 of 2023 is modified to the extent indicated above with respect to petitioner no. 5 i.e. Uriya Devi but since the petitioner no. 5 filed the present modification application after the time of surrender was over as such the Court is not inclined to extend the time of surrender.

7. Hence, the modification application is partly allowed.
