JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 03-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State through virtual court proceeding. In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Trial No.24 of 2019 arising out of Thawe P.S. Case No. 183 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 45(i) (xii), 46 (viii) of the Prisoners' Act and added Sections 20, 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

In this case the petitioner who is in jail custody in different cases has been found in inspection keeping the Opium (Afim) with him.

Looking to the allegation made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for bail is
