The petitioner questions the voter-list published for the Kanaudi Panchayat Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society in the district of Jamui in respect of the cooperative election held in the year 2014.

That the election has taken place, the issue raised by the petitioner has become academic rendering the writ petition infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.

Should the grievance of the petitioner be subsisted in the next election he shall be at liberty to raise his grievance before the appropriate forum.

The writ petition is disposed of.
