JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 The petitioner, who is in custody since 04.01.2020, seeks bail in connection with C-III-2/20, dated 03.01.2020, instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. 148.5 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from a vehicle from where the petitioner is said to have been arrested.

It is the claim of the petitioner that he was only a

Regard being had to the period of custody of the petitioner and his fair antecedents, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan in connection with C-III-2 of 2020.
