The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bidupur P. S. Case No. 342 of 2015 registered under Sections 302, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence in which the husband of the informant was killed, the nature of allegation made against the petitioner as also the fact that in case of co-accused Mohan Thakur against whom there is identical allegation to that of the petitioner even the regular bail has been rejected, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
