The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard both parties.

The following relief has been sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application :

1. For issuance of an appropriate writ or writs, order or orders, direction or directions to the respondent authorities to pay the entire retirement dues and also for direction to the respondent authorities to recalculate and

Patna High Court CWJC No.3730 of 2020(3) dt.09-10-2020 2/2 redetermine the pension of the petitioner who retired from post of Head Clerk of R.B. College and further for direction to the respondent authorities to pay the entire retirement benefits dues, in view of the so redetermined pension, including the gratuity and earned leave encashment and further for direction to the respondent authorities to pay the differential salary arrears to the petitioner. Considering the relief sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the Respondent No.2 for redressal of his grievance. If any such representation is filed by the petitioner before the Respondent No.2, he shall consider the same and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
