====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-06-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State through video conferencing.

Petitioners are in custody since 05.12.2019 and seeks bail in connection with Patepur P. S. Case No.138 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 504, 506 of the I.P.C. Petitioners are named in the first information report, but no specific overt act has been attributed against them. There appears to be general allegation of assault against the petitioners. Moreover, the investigation against the petitioners have already been completed and one of the co-accused, namely,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7953 of 2020(5) dt.30-06-2020 2/2 Jai Prakash Sahni has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this court. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-10, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur P. S. Case No.138 of 2018.
