The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kudhani (Turki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 236 of 2015 registered under Section 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the allegation that the deceased was killed in her matrimonial home within a year of marriage and the doctor conducting the autopsy has opined that the death was caused due to throttling, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.
