The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Forest Case No.76(F) of 2011 registered under Sections 2, 33, 41 and 42 of the Indian Forest Act and Sections 2, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13 and 14 of Bihar Saw Mill Regulation Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are the licensee and running saw mill. No offence under any of the Section of the Forest Act is made out. All the offences under Saw Mill Regulation Act are bailable. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12136 of 2019(2) dt.27-02-2019 2/2 above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran(Bettiah) in connection with Forest Case No.76(F) of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
