Petitioner is accused in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2015 registered under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is that one loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, except the present case and one Mojahidpur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2015 registered under Sections 392 and 411 of the I.P.C. simultaneously against the petitioner on the same day. It is also

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
