The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Excise case No. 1209 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady. She was not apprehended on the spot. The recovery is said to have been made from a place situated near the house of petitioner and for that the petitioner cannot be held responsible but from a perusal of prosecution report it appears that house of the petitioner was searched and from the courtyard of the house of petitioner country made liquor was recovered. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
