JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, co-accused, Golu Pandey and Chandan Raj along with 3-4 unknown persons assaulted the son of informant with knife.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. Petitioner is not the assailant of the son of informant and he is only alleged to be present at the place of the occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since 14.09.2021 and investigation in
