JUSTICE CHANDRA SHEKHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 11-03-2026 The present petition preferred to extend time for furnishing bail bond, as petitioners could not surrender before the court concerned within stipulated period as passed through Cr. Misc. No. 3619 of 2025 dated 28.03.2025, while granting him privilege of anticipatory bail.

2. Considering the submission and for the reasons stated in petition itself, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court concerned within two weeks as of now i.e. on or before 25.03.2026.

3. This order shall be treated as part of order dated 28.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3619 of 2025.
