2. The present writ application has been filed for quashing the selection letter dated 14.09.2017 issued by the women observer, Pusa, Samastipur. Further prayer has been made to direct the respondent to select the petitioner on the post of Anganwadi Sevika at Anganwadi Mokramganj Centre No. 113 under Harpur Mahamda Panchayat, Block-Pusa, DistrictSamastipur and further prayer to cancel the selection of respondent no. 7.

Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the petitioner has not availed her remedy before the appropriate forum framed under the relevant Margdarshika for the appointment of Anganwadi Sevika & Sahayika and she has directly filed the writ petition in this matter.

4. In this view of the matter, the present writ application stands disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy before the appropriate forum under the relevant Margdarshika of Anganwadi Sevika & Sahayika within 30 days from today, if cause of action survives.
