The prayer for bail on behalf of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 26.11.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20040 of 2013.

A fresh report has been received and it has been reported that all the nine witnesses mentioned in the charge-sheet have been examined and the case is on the verge of disposal. Hence, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the case within two months, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall not delay the disposal and the case be proceeded on day-to-day basis.
