JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. A prayer has been made to enlarge the petitioner on provisional bail on the ground of illness.

A report has been called for in which it has been reported that as per the necessity of the treatment of the petitioner, he being sent to Jawahar Lal Nehru Medical College and Hospital, Bhagalpur as well as Patna Medical College and Hospital, Patna. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 661 of 2011 arising out of Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 101 of 2011 pending in the Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42359 of 2014 (3) dt.17-02-2016 2/2 of learned Ad-hoc Additional District and Sessions Judge 3rd, Munger.
