This is petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 302 and 301 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the bail petition was rejected by the order dated 16.04.2014 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No 49580 of 2013. However, First Information Report has been lodged against unknown persons, even though the chargesheet was submitted against him.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51951 of 2014 (3) dt.17-02-2016 2/2 satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Harsiddi P.S. Case No. 65 of 2011, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be near relative of the petitioner who will file an affidavit to the effect that he will appear on each and every date fixed in this case by the court below and any absence of the petitioner shall be subject to the satisfaction of the court below.
