18-02-2016 After some argument, Sri Mukesh Prasad Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Vinay Kirti Singh, learned counsel for the respondent/Bihar State Power (Holding) Co. Ltd., makes a prayer for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to avail statutory remedy.
