2. Learned counsel for the Corporation is permitted to make correction in the show cause filed by him correctly describing the opposite parties on whose behalf the same has been filed. Let the same be done during the course of the day.
3. The petitioner has moved the Court alleging noncompliance of order dated 07.08.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No.
Patna High Court MJC No.192 of 2016 dt.06-02-2019 2/2 6870 of 2015. By the said order, the petitioner was directed to file a representation which was to be considered and payment made.
4. Coming to the merits, from the show cause filed on behalf of Opposite Parties No. 2 and 3, it transpires that payment of Rs. 87,585/- has been made to the petitioner.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though payment has been made but calculation chart has not been given for him to know whether the payment has been done of the correct and admissible amount.
6. Having regard to the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off with a direction to the Opposite Party No. 3 to supply a copy of the detailed calculation chart with regard to the payment made to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
