Patna High Court CWJC No.18515 of 2013 (8) dt.08-03-2017 Re-evaluation of all the papers have been done and in Mathematics petitioner has got 78 marks in place of 41 marks, thus, this writ application has become infructuous and stands disposed of.

However, before parting with the matter, the concerned authority must be cautioned as it is very discouraging to see that marks are being given in such a manner, that after re-evaluation in mathematics, it has been raised from 41 to 78 marks. It casts a question mark on the evaluation work being done. However, this Court is refraining itself from dealing with such matters in the present case as the same, in the aforesaid facts and circumstances, has become infructuous.

Let the answer-sheet of all the papers be sealed and returned back immediately to the learned counsel for the Bihar School Examination Board.
