1. Ms. Vagisha Pragya Vacaknavi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ application has been filed, challenging the order of initiation of departmental proceeding, which, later on, has been withdrawn by the University, along with order of suspension.
2. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel does not press this application.
3. Learned counsel next submits that subsistence allowance and other salary dues have not been paid to the petitioner for the suspension period.

4. In view of the same, petitioner is at liberty to file representation before learned Vice Chancellor and if such a representation is filed, learned Vice Chancellor shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law.
5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed.
