The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2015 registered under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the statement made under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by the victim Sonu Kumar, a minor boy aged about 14 years, wherein specific allegation has been made against the petitioners No. 1 and 2 that they forcefully abducted him by pushing him into a Bolero car
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1982 of 2016 (3) dt.11-04-2016 2 / 2 and took him to different places and confined him in a room from where the police recovered him as also the fact that name of petitioner No. 3 transpired during investigation, I am not inclined to grant them per-arrest bail.
