JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition on the understanding that he would be liable to pray for grant of bail afresh in case the trial is not concluded within a period of 12 months from today.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. The learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and ensure completion of the same within a period of twelve months from today.
