2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender before the Court below with prayer that learned Court below may be directed to consider his bail application, if filed, along with the surrender application.

3. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and in the eventuality of filing any regular bail petition, the Court below is requested to consider his bail petition on the same day.
