The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 47/ 54/ 57/ 34 of Bihar Excise Amendment Act. Allegation is that from the house of this petitioner country made liquor was recovered. One Mukesh Kumar Verma was arrested at the spot at the time of recovery and was forwarded to the custody.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the wife of the petitioner had leased out the said house to one Ashish Ranjan Tyagi vide written lease deed dated 1.4.2016 and the petitioner has been made accused simply on the basis that the house is belonging to the petitioner. The occurrence was took place on 23.5.2016.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. (East), Muzaffarpur in
