Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 476 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 30.09.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23159 of 2020. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20736 of 2021(2) dt.13-01-2022 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah in connection with Majhaulia P.S.
