Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 21 of 2022 dated 16.01.2022 instituted for the offence under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018.

Only 375 ml of liquor is said to have been recovered from beneath the seat of the motorcycle belonging to the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2022. The

Considering the afore-noted facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. -1, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 21 of 2022.
