Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner and two other F.I.R. named accused as well as four to five unknown persons are said to have brutally assaulted the deceased by fists and slaps. Admittedly, one coaccused, namely, Riyaju Alam has already been granted privilege of bail by the learned court below itself.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54042 of 2015 (2) dt.02-12-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 242 of 2015.
