Petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No.497 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 366-A, 372 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that victim has been recovered and she has given statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. In the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., she has stated that she lived with the petitioner in Gaziabad for two months. She has also performed marriage with him. Although she has stated that all things have been done by force, but from narration in the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., it appears that both petitioner and victim

Petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2018.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.497 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
