2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by the respondents authorities, except the salary of the petitioner for the month of February, 2020 and difference of salary of the petitioner from September, 2014 to June, 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be closed with the liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.4 - the District Panchayati Raj Officer, Patna for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner as indicated hereinabove by filing appropriate representation.

4. As prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for. As and when such representation is filed by the petitioner before the respondent no.4 - the District Panchayati Raj Officer, Patna regarding the non-payment of salary to the petitioner for the month of February, 2020 and the difference of salary from the month of September, 2014 to June, 2019, the respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations.
