2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 109, 352 and 351(3) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on 03.10.2024 at about 9:20 PM, this petitioner is alleged to have demanded Rangdari over phone call, abused the informant and later on, fired in air outside house of informant. Petitioner has also got four criminal antecedents.
