02. 18.01.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Surypura P.S. Case No. 79 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 IPC was added pending before the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas.

Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. Vikash/- (Anjana Prakash, J.) U T
