The petitioner is in custody in connection with Saraiya, Jaitpur O.P. P.S. Case No. 212 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b)a, 26, 25 (1-A) 25 (1-AA), 25 (1-AAA), 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced on confessional statement of coaccused Guudu Rai. He further submits that allegation against this accused petitioner is that he along with Guddu Rai involved in loot-pat. He submits that investigation of the instant case in all respect has been completed. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2018.
