2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 366(A), 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4, 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner has kidnapped the victim girl for the purpose of marriage.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim girl in her statement stated that she had eloped with the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 19.10.2023.

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 355 of 2023. (Sandeep Kumar, J) sanjeev/- U T
