The petitioners being the parents and brother's wife of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is of killing the sister of the informant by administering poison after 10-12 years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the victim was suffering from chronic mental disease and informant has retracted from his initial version. The husband of the informant has not been made accused.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3124 of 2016 (2) dt.20-01-2016 Only on suspicion accusation has been levelled. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri J. Kumar, J.M., Supaul, in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 138 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
