2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 336 of 2019 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.
3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, recovery of 250 liters of country-made liquor has been made from a car bearing Registration no.BR01DT2655 and recovery of 350 liters of country-made liquor has been made from a Piaggio tempo bearing Registration no.BR01PH 8951.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner has no concern either with the seized liquor or trade of liquor in any manner. Learned counsel submitted that no recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has clean antecedent. On these grounds, the petitioner seeks to be released on bail.
5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on pre-arrest bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned District Court within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Court, Danapur in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 336 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
7. The learned District Court is directed to verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if it is found that the petitioner is involved in some other cases as what
