The accusation against the petitioner is that he along with other FIR named accused took the deceased, whose dead body was recovered later on.

Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that having more or less similar allegation, co-accused, Mustafa Khan and two others have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner, named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
