The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 154 of 2019 arising out of Goreakothi P.S. Case No. 182 of 2018 registered under Sections 302, 304(B), 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Sadar, Patna. Earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected on merit by this Court vide order dated 03.09.2019 (Annexure-1) passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36152 of 2019.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner has been renewed on the ground that during trial, the informant and his son, examined as P.Ws. 2 & 3, have not supported the prosecution case, as detailed in Annexure-3 to the bail application. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 26.10.2018, having

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Siwan in connection with Sessions Trial No. 154 of 2019 arising out of Goreakothi P.S. Case No. 182 of 2018.
