Mr. Ajay ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-08-2018 The petitioner has a grievance that her Chemistry (theory) paper of Intermediate Examination (Science), 2018, has not been properly evaluated. The facts which are admitted that the petitioner was awarded 'one' out of '70' marks in Chemistry paper. She had applied for scrutiny and upon scrutiny, the Board has altered her mark from 'one' to 'zero'.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the assessment done by the Bihar School Examination Board is incorrect as the petitioner deserves more marks on the basis of her performance.
The Court cannot go into such disputes in the present
Patna High Court CWJC No.14554 of 2018(2) dt.30-08-2018 2/2 proceeding, particularly when, after scrutiny the Board has found that the petitioner did not deserve even 'one' mark which was initially awarded to her. For the purpose of considering the petitioner's claim in the present proceeding, I have perused her performance in other subjects also.
After having examined the same, I do not find any special circumstance for this Court's interference in the matter. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
