They submit that the present writ petition is wholly misconceived, inasmuch, as the petitioner sought a direction commanding upon the respondent authorities to appoint her in place of respondent no.6 on compassionate ground, irrespective of the fact that the petitioner happens to be

4. Considering the fact that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
