Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No. 79 of 2016 registered under Sections376, 511, 354A of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he entered into the room of the informant and forcibly tried to make illicit relation with her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact informant was pressuring him for execution of gift deed of the Gharari land and on refusal she lodged the present false case. It is further submitted that informant has alleged that she had cut the private part of petitioner by blade, however there is

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 11th Additional Sessions Judge, Motihari in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No. 79 of 2016 corresponding to S. Tr. No. 979 of 2016.
