JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-02-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 290 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below and seek regular bail.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below and in case, he surrenders before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, the learned court below is directed to consider and dispose of the petition of the petitioner for regular grant of bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8838 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 290 of 2019 pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, 3rd cum Special Judge (Excise Act), Kaimur at Bhabua on the very same day especially considering the fact that a meagre quantity of one liter of illicit desi wine has been recovered.
