Petitioners are named in the first information report along with other accused with allegation that they opened fire on their rival group as well as police party but admittedly, neither petitioners were caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from their conscious possession.

No doubt, petitioners do criminal antecedent but taking into consideration of the fact of the present case as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Raghubir Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bhojpur at Ara/ concerned court in Shahpur (Bahoranpur) P.S. Case no. 273/2015.
