====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 01-04-2026 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the Counsels.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already given a representations dated 29.10.2021, 21.11.2021, 15.02.2022, 23.04.2022, 14.07.2022, 18.11.2022, 15.02.2023, 08.05.2023, 05.08.2023, 13.11.2023, 22.02.2024, 15.05.2024 and 20.08.2025 (Annexure-P/5 series) to the Municipal Commissioner,

Patna High Court CWJC No.3122 of 2026(2) dt.01-04-2026 2/3 Municipal Corporation, Hajipur, Bihar ventilating his grievance but till date the same have not been considered or any action taken on the same. Learned counsel submits that it would suffice for the present, if a direction is given to the Respondent No. 4 to consider the said representation made by the petitioner by fixing a time frame.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent-Hajipur Nagar Parishad submits that she has no objection if a direction is given to the Respondent No. 4 to consider the said representation in accordance with law and pass necessary orders.

4. Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad Hajipur, Bihar i.e. Respondent No. 4 herein to consider the representations (Annexure-P/5 series) made by the petitioner as expeditiously as possibly preferably within a period of 8 weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. In case, the authority comes to the conclusion that the claim of the petitioner is genuine, necessary arrangements shall be made to disburse the dues to the petitioner. However, in case, the representation of the petitioner is rejected, the authorities shall pass a reasoned order giving the

5. With the above directions, the present writ petition is disposed of.
