JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 07-08-2019 This Court vide order dated 11.08.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No.8018 of 2017 disposed of the writ petition and directed the petitioner to file a detailed representation for redressal of his grievance. Accordingly, the petitioner has filed a representation and the same has been dealt with by the Registrar of the Jai Prakash University, Chapra, and the claim of the petitioner for Rs.22,96,487/- has been rejected on the ground of non-completion of the work.

This Court in contempt proceeding cannot exercise the jurisdiction as like a writ Court. The petitioner, if so advised,
