Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner, being aggrieved by the order dated 18.10.2022 passed by the D.C.L.R., East Muzaffarpur, has filed a rent fixation appeal before the Additional Collector, Muzaffarpur, which is still pending and accordingly, he request for disposal of the writ petition with direction to the Additional Collector to dispose of his appeal.

3. In view of limited prayer made on behalf of petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Additional Collector, Muzaffarpur to dispose of the rent fixation appeal, which is said to have been filed by the petitioner, in

Patna High Court CWJC No.7224 of 2021(3) dt.28-11-2023 2/2 accordance with law preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

4. With aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
