The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S. Case No. 622 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 406, 467 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that even if the allegation of illegal gratification is accepted, the informant is also fully responsible for the same.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
