The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Darbhanga Mahila P.S. Case No.01 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 376, 323, 504, 506/34 Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the SDJM, Biraul at Benipur, Darbhanga. It is alleged in the written report that the informant was married to someone but the petitioner broke down her marriage by making calls in her Sasural and committed illegal acts with her on the pretext of performing marriage with her. It is further alleged that this petitioner assaulted when the informant asked him to marry her.

In such circumstances, there is specific allegation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3568 of 2017 (5) dt.16-03-2017 2/2 against the petitioner in the written report. The learned APP has submitted that the witnesses in para 7, 8, and10 have also supported the allegation against this petitioner.

In view of such, this Court does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Prayer is rejected.

The petitioner may surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail, which shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order. (Sanjay Priya, J) JA/- U T
